As a note: I do not accept the fanmade 'Daughter of Green' by Ringo as canon and will not be playing Michaela from that. It was not written by Mothy, and is not part of the story, it is a fan's own version of things before Mothy released more information in the form of the songs and books.
Rather, as of September 2nd 2011, Mothy released the 'Evil's Court' Album - in it was included 'The Wooden Girl ~Millennium of Wiegenlied~'. This is the proper back story given for the 'Girl of Green' as mentioned in the Story of Evil songs, Michaela. She is also in the Wiegenlied of Green novel.
The song, which I will link below, details a few things, but is vastly different from the fanmade version. Among those differences are:
-Michaela is not a princess of the country of green, rather she is a forest spirit who, after hearing Clarith's (Yowane Haku) wish for a friend, desired to be her first friend. Elluka Clockworker (Luka) granted her a human body. She chose the form of Eva Moonlit after having witnessed the woman long ago.
-She was employed as a maid along with Clarith by Keel Freesis (Kiyoteru Hiyama) in the kingdom of Elphegort.
-She was not lovers with Kyle (Kaito). He fell in love with her while under the influence of the venom sword and refused Riliane's (Rin) proposal: There was no reciprocation on Michaela's part. This is apparently confirmed by Keel Freesis in the novels.
-Keel tried to spare her from the slaughter of the green haired women. He hid her in a well and told Allen where she was. Though Allen (Len) tried to keep it a secret, Riliane found out and ordered her death. Ney found her, and killed her.
-She seems to have romantic feelings for Clarith- she proclaims that she loves her friend at the end of the song and that she wishes to someday meet her again in another life. Tl;dr: Sorry Kyle, Allen, she's Clarith-sexual.
